Services

Delbeteris Private Transport provides private transfer services for individuals, families and groups. Services include airport, port, hotel and custom transfers, as well as private tours in Kavala and surrounding areas.

Booking & Confirmation

Transfers are arranged upon request via phone, email or WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed only after direct confirmation from Delbeteris Private Transport.

Pricing

Prices are agreed in advance based on transfer details such as route, number of passengers and luggage. All prices are final unless changes are requested by the client.

Payment

Payment is made by cash or other agreed methods at the time of the transfer, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel a transfer free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Delays & Waiting Time

For airport and port pickups, reasonable waiting time is included. In case of delays, clients are requested to inform us as soon as possible.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup information. Delbeteris Private Transport is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or circumstances beyond our control.

Luggage

Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage is suitable for the vehicle booked. Please inform us in advance of any oversized or special luggage.

Liability

Delbeteris Private Transport is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic conditions, weather, accidents or other circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
